The hotel provided splendid air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi, simplifying both relaxation and work. The welcome was truly warm, with staff ever-present yet unobtrusive, available via WhatsApp for any inquiries. I relished the rooftop pool, where breathtaking sunsets melded with the gentle sounds of nature, and the shared kitchen was an excellent touch for someone like me who enjoys a bit of self-sufficiency. the proximity to a wonderful on-site restaurant and local cafes across the street enriched my gastronomic exploration. It's safe to say this is a remarkable getaway in Tulum, a well-deserved retreat that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.
